The oil has a thick consistency that can be taken orally or applied topically. RSO is named after its creator Rick Simpson who successfully treated his skin cancer with the oil. It’s usually packaged in syringes for easier oral consumption, topical application, and easy storage. Each dose should be about the size of half a grain of rice.
